Spearheaded strategy, testing, design, and delivery of all digital products for The Goddard School, including national B2B/B2C experiences, 670+ localized websites, parental app, franchisee portals, design systems and cms, driving triple-digit increases in enrollment and engagement.​
User Experience & Product Design:
Launched the Elevance Health/Anthem UX COE, R&D studio and research arm, growing and mentoring a talented team of nearly 200 members. Led product strategy, research, testing and creative delivery of digital experiences across all audiences; member, provider, broker, employer, internal associate and 14 Medicaid brands supporting 117M+ users.
Brand Reinvention & Revenue Growth:
Modernized iconic Carter’s and Oshkosh B'gosh brands with robust ecommerce experiences and omnichannel advertising campaigns, adding $600M+ in revenue and extending transactional brand presence to the UK, Canada, China, Japan, and Mexico.
Team Building & Leadership:
